How to use

Slowly screw tube from the bottom until a small amount is visible on the self-contained brush.Very little product is needed for complete coverage. Apply to the whole under-eye area and even around the nose, lips or any area that needs highlighting. The brush is designed to fit easily into the recess between the nose and the inner corner of the eye. Active Light will appear to pull that area out. Use the Camouflage Brush or fingertip to feather the edges. Follow with any of the mineral foundations if needed.

    Really disappointing product

This item had me flustered. As a long time Jane customer of many other products, wow is all I can say. Horrible coverage. Blotchy, splotchy, flaky, cakey mess. After trying different techniques, I threw it out. ...into the trash.

Good if you know how to use

I recently went from full face, full coverage at sephora wearing everything to cover acne and scaring. Recently I finally made the switch to wear less makeup. Jane iredale makeup is amazing, you just need to know how to use it.
I use this concealer, 1-2 twists and just under my eyes. USE YOUR FINGERS and don't expect Shape tape concealer results. It's more of a brightening serum, but it works for skin that isn't too aged (I'm early 20's but my friends in their late 20's to 30's find the same thing).
Set it with their pressed base mineral then I just use their compact contour.
For reference I use No.3 in concealer, powder in Amber, and cool tone for the contours.
Give it a shot, most likely you won't regret it. (ALSO DONT PUT IT ALL OVER YOUR FACE OR ON ACNE. That'll just make it creasy and cakey. The powder adds good coverage).

Not great for mature skin or for covering dark circles.

I'm 53 and have found that a light coverage like this product is more for the younger set. It's too transparent.
