Lipikar Syndet AP+ body wash is a daily use lipid replenishing anti-itch wash. This body wash rebuilds the skin barrier by helping skin to produce its own lipids [ceramides], and restores and rebalances the skin's microbiome. New dermatological research in skin health has demonstrated the importance of a healthy microbiome: the population of microorganisms found at the skin surface. It has been discovered that in very dry and atopy skin conditions the skin mircrobiome can be unbalanced, and prebiotics can have a rebalancing effect.
