A DUO OF ANTIOXIDANT ACTIVE INGREDIENTS I FERULIC ACID

Ferulic acid takes its name from the botanical family from which it is originally extracted: Ferula, a 
group of herbaceous plants in the Apiaceae family. It is an organic acid derived from cinnamic acid. This 
acid was selected by Vie Collection researchers for its antioxidant properties. It forms a type of anti
free-radical shield within the skin cells, helping to prevent free-radical-induced skin aging.
Thanks to its antioxidant properties, ferulic acid :

VITAMIN E 

An essential nutrient for the body, vitamin E is a lipid-soluble molecule comprising eight vitamin compounds: four tocopherols and four tocotrienols. Vitamin E α-tocopherol is the most active form. Vie Collection research has selected a blend of four tocopherols of plant origin: : α, β, γ and δ-tocopherols.
This powerful antioxidant works in synergy with ferulic acid to counteract the damaging action of free radicals on cells, playing a preventive role against skin aging. What’s more, by reinforcing the hydro-lipidic fi lm on the skin’s surface, tocopherol improves the skin’s barrier function, thus preserving skin hydration.
