1. Shave or wax 24 hours before application and exfoliate and moisturize thoroughly prior to application
2. Pump into the palm of your hands or apply to the body in circular motions using a Tanning Mitt, working in sections and ensuring that product has been applied allover before tanning hands and feet
3. Wait until the skin is touch dry before dressing and avoid contact with water for 3-5 hours, then rinse
