1. Apply a thick layer over a perfect cleansed skin, face and neck, avoiding the eye area
2. Let it rest for 15 minutes and remove with running water and/or wet sponges or a cloth
   
   Enjoy the cooling sensation, some eventual tingle feeling might occur during the first applications as the mask promotes all metabolic exchanges and stimulates skin in general.
