How to use
  • Illuminating Powder Foundation can be worn alone or over top of BB Cream or CC Cream.
  • Apply with a sponge or buff it into the skin with the flat end of Brush #24.
  • For more opaque, high shimmer finish, use a damp sponge. For a true powder finish use the sponge dry. For more sheer finish, use the brush. 
  • Set Perfecting Concealer with a small amount of Illuminating Powder Foundation. The formula is fine enough for under the eyes. Using it under the eyes keeps concealer in place and prevents eye makeup from running.
  • Wash the Illuminating Powder Foundation sponge regularly in soap and water to eliminate bacteria.
  • The holes in the bottom of the Illuminating Powder Foundation Compact will allow the sponge to air out and return to normal quickly.
