La Roche-Posay: Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum, Anti-aging and Acne-prone Skin

How to apply Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum for adult acne-prone and aging skin:

STEP 1: In the evening, cleanse your skin with a gentle, non-irritating cleanser, such as Effaclar Gel cleanser.

STEP 2: In the evening only, gently massage 2–3 drops of Effaclar Ultra Concentrated Serum into skin, while avoiding the eye contour area. We recommend using it every 2 days on the first week, and daily on following weeks.

STEP 3: Apply your favourite night moisturizer if needed.

STEP 4: Be sure to use a sun protection (at least SPF 15+) the following day.

This product contains a tri-acid complex of Salicylic Acid, Glycolic Acid and LHA which may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. In conjunction to using a sunscreen, we recommend wearing protective clothing, and limiting sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards. Use only as directed. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly. If irritation appears and persists, discontinue use and consult a physician. It is recommended that prior to exposure to the sun, users cover areas where AHAs have been applied with sunscreen. Contact of the product with the skin must be of limited frequency or duration.
